Marketing process.

Different people work in different ways. I’m never going to just accept “I need an advertising campaign!” without wanting to understand the what, where, who and why‘s of the issue at hand first. Remember, “Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.”

Discovery

You know when you go to see your GP and they ask a load of questions? This stage is exactly that.
I’m interested to know what, in business terms, aches when you move or hurts when you press it.
What are the symptoms you and your business are facing.

Diagnose

Here’s where we take the facts we’ve gathered – add some research, experience and know-how – and then diagnose the problem at hand. The next stage is a prescription of a course of action to be taken to remedy said problem.

Strategy

For your strategy we look at your target markets in segments which we can address in specific ways. This way, communications are more targeted and the position of your product or service is much more meaningful and relevant.

Execute

Unfortunately, this is where too many people start their marketing journey. Price, Product, Place and Promotion are only effective if you’ve considered the previous steps in this process.
Within here is; • Brand creation and application  • Artwork, design, creation. • Social Media • Advertising • Online presence • etc etc
